Typically 18–24 months for full registration. However, you can use ™ symbol immediately after filing, and the mark has legal protection from the filing date.
What if someone opposes my trademark?
Opposition proceedings are handled separately. We represent you before the Trade Marks Registry in opposition/counter-statement proceedings. Rates quoted on the complexity of the opposition.
Can I trademark a logo or just a word?
